Bicycling Friends:

• We value friend’s willingness to share tips, bicycling stories, and cycling best practices and we learn from each other about the infinite variety of cycling goals, health benefits, equipment, maintenance tips, etc.

Bicycling Fun:

•  We offer a Regular Ride Schedule of day rides of varying lengths and paces typically five days of the week year round; a Summer Time Trial Series; and TriPOWER, a youth tri team for kids and their parents to train and race together.
• Member’s bicycle types include: On-road, off-road, recumbent, triathlon, tandem, hand cycle and BMX.
• The club provides opportunity to participate in invitational bicycling events located in Highlands County and the region.
• We encourage our members to design and lead other events that bring members and non-members together to cycle and/or to socialize.

• Bicycling & American Bicyclist magazine annual suubscriptions at no additional cost!
• The club’s INSURANCE POLICY in case of a cycling accident on a scheduled club ride.
• REDUCED FEES When registering for “invitational bicycling events” offered at the Kenilworth Lodge.  
• Our CLUB WEBSITE (www.highlandspedalers.com) will keep you informed of other regional cycling events, club apparel (e.g. jerseys, T-shirts, etc.); local route guides; meeting & ride schedules, and internet links to relevant groups.
• Also if you have an interest in BICYCLING ADVOCACY, (e.g. trails, bicycle friendly communities & laws, cyclist’s right to use the road, etc.) it helps to have a group of friends who support your efforts.
